Key Responsibilities & Core Exposure

• Audit & Assurance:

  • Execute statutory, internal, tax, and management audits for private and public corporate entities.

  • Evaluate internal financial controls (IFC), test ledger accounts, and verify regulatory compliance under the Companies Act and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

• Direct & Indirect Taxation:

  • Assist in computation and return filings for Income Tax, TDS, and GST.

  • Perform tax reconciliations (e.g., GSTR-2B vs. books), draft assessment submissions, and handle routine compliance matters.

• Advisory & Corporate Transactions:

  • Support due diligence, company secretarial filings, and financial restructuring mandates.

  • Participate in cross-border engagements, international transaction reviews, and regulatory certifications.

• Technology & Process Automation:

  • Engage with the in-house Incubate & AI Club to apply automated workflows, modern data analytics tools, and AI solutions to audit and accounting operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Qualification: Passed CA Intermediate (Group 1, Group 2, or Both Groups) under ICAI regulations.

• Mandatory Requirements: Eligible and ready to commence mandatory articleship training per ICAI norms.

• Key Competencies: Strong conceptual foundation in accounting standards, direct/indirect taxes, and corporate laws; functional proficiency in MS Excel; good written and verbal communication skills.
