We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and highly motivated Article Assistants who are eager to build a foundational career in professional financial services. This position offers direct, frontline exposure to full-scale corporate advisory and compliance management, bypassing routine data-entry roles to focus on holistic professional development.

Audit & Assurance:
Assist the team in conducting Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Evaluate client account balances, internal control operations, and verify compliance with Accounting Standards and statutory laws.
Taxation & GST Compliance:
Support the end-to-end computation, preparation, and timely filing of Income Tax and TDS returns.
Handle comprehensive GST compliances, including ledger reconciliations, input tax credit audits, and GST return filings.
Corporate Compliances & ROC:
Assist in managing Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings, drafting statutory minutes, and ensuring strict adherence to the Companies Act provisions.
Accounting & Financial Reporting:
Engage in day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll processing, and salary TDS computations.
Assist in compiling financial reporting frameworks and preparing financial statements.
Client Management:
Actively participate in client onboarding, resolving data queries, and assisting senior partners during professional representations before authorities.
Educational Criteria: Must have cleared CA Intermediate (eligible to begin articleship under ICAI norms).
Strong conceptual grasp of fundamental accounting principles, auditing parameters, and commercial laws.
Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
High ethical standards, professionalism, and a willingness to operate in a fast-paced environment.
