• Audit & Assurance: Statutory Audits, Tax Audits (including Listed Companies & NBFCs), Internal Audits, Limited Reviews, and Bank & Stock Audits.

• Taxation: Comprehensive exposure to Direct & Indirect Taxation and Tax Litigation.

2. Modern Finance & Advisory

• Capital Markets & IPO: Business and capital market advisory services.

• Transaction Advisory & Valuation: Business transaction advisory and financial valuations.

3. AI & FinTech Integration

• AI in Accounting & Tech Adoption: Hands-on experience with modern accounting technologies and process automation.

• Automation-Proof Expertise: Future-proofing your career through tech-driven audit and financial workflows.

4. Professional Power Skills & Compliance

• ROC & Regulatory Compliance: Corporate secretarial and regulatory filing processes.

Eligibility

• Recently cleared CA Intermediate (eligible to begin Articleship under ICAI guidelines).

Stipend Structure

• 1st Year: ₹10,000 per month (for the first 3 months), increasing to ₹12,500 per month (for the next 9 months).

• 2nd Year: ₹15,000 per month.
