The firm is seeking motivated, diligent, and technically inquisitive CA students to join the team as Article Assistants for the mandatory 2-year articleship training period. This role offers frontline, well-rounded practical exposure across diverse practice areas under the direct structured mentorship of experienced Chartered Accountants and partners.

As an Article Assistant, you will undergo structured training and actively handle assignments across five core practice areas:
Assist in planning and executing statutory audits for corporate entities in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
Conduct comprehensive tax audits under Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and the updated Income Tax Act, 2025.
Learn, apply, and maintain rigorous audit working papers, schedules, and final reports adhering to ICAI Standards on Auditing ($SAs$).
Coordinate directly with clients to resolve audit queries and gather necessary operational documentation.
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns ($ITRs$) for a varied client base including individuals, HUFs, partnership firms, LLPs, and companies.
Execute TDS computations, cross-reconciliations, and timely quarterly return filings (Forms 24Q, 26Q, and 27Q).
Handle end-to-end GST compliances, managing monthly/quarterly compliance calendars and filing returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C).
Conduct Input Tax Credit ($ITC$) reconciliations, manage utilization, and assist in drafting responses to GST notices.
Support senior professionals in preparing robust responses to Income Tax notices and scrutiny assessments.
Assist in drafting technical submissions, grounds of appeal, and written arguments before the $CIT(A)$ and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal ($ITAT$).
Conduct deep legal research on judicial precedents, notifications, and circulars to formulate effective litigation strategies.
Assist in domestic tax planning and financial restructuring advisory for individuals and corporate entities.
Evaluate GST impact analyses and structural advisory for businesses transitioning through regulatory modifications.
Support cross-border transactions and FEMA compliance, including inbound/outbound investment structures, compounding applications, and RBI regulatory filings.
Work on specialized NGO taxation matters, managing registrations under Sections 12A, 12AB, and 80G, alongside FCRA compliance frameworks.
Build financial models, growth projections, and investor-ready data packs for start-up clients.
Provide active support during financial due diligence processes for corporate funding rounds (Seed, Series A, etc.).
Prepare Management Information System ($MIS$) reports, detailed cash flow statements, business summaries, and structured pitch decks.
Assist start-ups in securing DPIIT recognition, tax exemptions under Section 80-IAC, and general regulatory adherence.
Educational Criteria: CA Intermediate / IPCC passouts eligible to register and commence their practical training tenure. Candidates who have cleared Both Groups are preferred, though candidates who have cleared a Single Group are also highly encouraged to apply.
Location: Based in Bengaluru or showing a genuine willingness to relocate immediately to Bengaluru.
Core Skills: Strong academic track record, sound understanding of accounting fundamentals, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written command over English, supplemented by proficiency in Kannada or Hindi.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office applications (specifically advanced MS Excel and Word) is advantageous; baseline knowledge of Tally/accounting software is preferred.
The firm provides a competitive, clear stipend progression on a monthly basis, with zero statutory deductions to focus purely on learning:

Standard Schedule: Monday to Friday (Enjoy a structured 5-day work week with Saturdays and Sundays generally off).
Peak Season Flexibility: Weekend working hours may be required with reasonable advance notice during statutory and tax audit peaks (typically July–September).
