Roles & Responsibilities

As an Article Assistant, you will gain hands-on, live client experience by working on diverse assignments, including:

1. Financial Reporting

• Accounting and financial statement preparation.

2. HNI & Family Office Services

• Specialized accounting, investment accounting, wealth reporting, and financial management for High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and family offices.

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Income Tax: Return preparation and tax audits for individuals, firms, companies, and trusts.

• GST: Registrations, return filings, annual compliances, and handling departmental notices.

• TDS: Compliance and quarterly filings.

4. Corporate & Financial Regulations

• ROC and MCA filings.

• NBFC regulatory compliances and RBI reporting.

5. Advisory & Analysis

• Preparation of MIS reports, financial analysis, and strategic startup/business advisory assignments.

6. Operations

• Direct client communication, thorough documentation, and project coordination.

Desired Skills & Eligibility

• Eligibility: CA Intermediate student eligible to commence Articleship under ICAI regulations.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong baseline understanding of core Accounting, Auditing, GST, and Income Tax concepts.

• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books is a strong advantage.

• Soft Skills: High level of integrity, professional skepticism, keen attention to detail, and good interpersonal/communication skills.

• Mindset: A positive attitude, analytical mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
