Role Overview

We are looking for proactive, dedicated, and ambitious Article Assistants who are ready to kickstart their practical CA journey. This training opportunity will push you up a steep learning curve by offering diversified exposure to domestic and international client segments.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Exposure

• Audit & Assurance:

  • Assist in planning and executing Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits across diverse business domains.

  • Evaluate client data, internal control systems, and verify financial statements for legal statutory compliance.

• Direct & Indirect Taxation:

  • Support the compliance team in computing taxes and executing corporate tax structures.

  • Gain practical exposure in preparing and filing Direct Tax (Income Tax) and Indirect Tax (GST) returns.

• Corporate & Secretarial Compliances:

  • Assist in executing ROC annual filings, company incorporations, and maintaining necessary corporate registers and statutory documentations.

• Accounting & Business Advisory:

  • Maintain bookkeeping and manage outsourced financial entries for local and international clients.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Educational Criteria: Must be a CA Inter Passout (eligible to register for articleship under the current ICAI guidelines).

• Strong conceptual understanding of accounting fundamentals, auditing standards, and tax laws.

• Basic working proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting packages like Tally.

• Strong communication skills with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
