Role Overview We are urgently looking for motivated and dedicated CA Article Assistants to join our team. This role offers extensive, multi-disciplinary exposure, providing trainees with the practical experience required to build a strong foundation for their Chartered Accountancy career.

Key Responsibilities (Work Areas) As an Article Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience across the following domains:

• Audit & Assurance:

  • Conduct Statutory Audits for both Listed and Unlisted Companies.

  • Perform Internal Audits for Listed Companies.

  • Execute various Bank Audits, including Concurrent, Stock, and Inspection Audits.

  • Conduct CSR Review and Compliance Audits for large Section 8 Entities.

• Taxation:

  • Perform Tax Audits for medium and large-sized companies, firms, and LLPs.

  • Handle Income Tax assignments, including computations and assessments.

  • Manage GST Audits and ensure timely Monthly Return Filing.

• Corporate Advisory & Finance:

  • Ensure statutory compliances under the Company Law, 2013.

  • Assist senior partners with Project Finance assignments.
