• Audit Execution: Planning and executing Statutory Audits and Internal Audits for a diverse industry portfolio.

• Taxation: End-to-end management of Direct & Indirect Taxes, Tax Compliance, and Regulatory Compliance frameworks.

• Financial Reporting: Reviewing and compiling corporate financial statements and compliance structures.

2. Automation & Technology Audits

• Tech Audits: Comprehensive IT Audits, Technology Risk Reviews, and Continuous Auditing processes.

• Advanced Infrastructure: Deploying Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation ($RPA$), and data analytics tools across routine fieldwork.

3. GRC & Emerging Technologies

• Risk & Controls: Deep dive into Governance, Risk Management, Corporate Compliance ($GRC$), and Risk Assessments.

• Specialized Compliance: Practical exposure to $ITGC$ (Information Technology General Controls) and $SOX$ (Sarbanes-Oxley) frameworks.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

• Educational Criteria: CA Intermediate students who have cleared their exams and are eligible to commence their practical training/articleship tenure under ICAI guidelines.

• Core Competencies: Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, statutory laws, and auditing concepts.

• Tech-Inquisitive Mindset: A strong inclination toward data tools, automation, and a curiosity about how AI is transforming financial services.
