Areas of Exposure & Practice

As an Article Assistant at HASK & CO., you will gain direct hands-on experience across key domains:

• GST Advisory & Compliance: Registrations, periodic return filings, GST audits, and draft submissions before tax authorities.

• Income Tax Services: Tax planning and optimization, return filing, tax assessments, and appeals.

• Litigation Support: Drafting legal submissions, dispute representation, and case handling before tax authorities and tribunals.

• Corporate Advisory: Structuring guidance, corporate compliance, and regulatory affairs.

Who We Are Looking For

• Qualification: Passed CA Intermediate (Group 1, Group 2, or Both Groups) and eligible to start articleship.

• Traits: Enthusiastic, hardworking, and eager to build a deep expertise in direct/indirect taxation and legal litigation.

• Skills: Strong fundamentals in accounting, standard analytical ability, and good written/verbal communication skills.

Stipend Structure

• 1st Year Articleship: ₹8,000 per month

• 2nd Year Articleship: ₹10,000 per month
