Role Overview

We are looking for ambitious and motivated Article Clerks who are eager to build a career in Taxation and Auditing. This position offers comprehensive exposure to diverse financial domains, working closely with senior professionals and handles direct client assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit & Assurance:

  • Assist in conducting Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits for clients across various industries.

  • Verify financial statements, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.

  • Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (AS/Ind AS) and Standards on Auditing (SAs).

• Taxation:

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of Direct and Indirect Tax returns (Income Tax, GST, etc.).

  • Support the team in computation of advance tax, TDS, and tax provisions.

  • Conduct research on complex tax laws and regulatory updates.

• Compliance & Documentation:

  • Maintain precise audit working papers and organized client documentation.

  • Coordinate with clients to gather financial data and resolve routine queries.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidates must be eligible for CA Articleship (e.g., cleared one or both groups of CA Intermediate/IPCC).

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic understanding of financial accounting, tax laws, and auditing principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general accounting software.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
